Hillsong London&Paris

Coffeegrind’s London correspondent (LOL) & my new friend Amy reports on the great testimony of what God is up to in Hillsong London & the Paris connect group. An exciting report!

LONDON - We usually have 6 services on a Sunday, but 2 weeks ago at the end of the 6th service there were still over 500 people queueing outside, so we had an impromptu 7th service! It's so great being part of a church that is willing to go the extra mile like that. The best part about this is that the venue we are using is a theatre, which we rent, and we need to pack down every Sunday and move all our stuff back to a lock-up. So after this impromptu 21.00 service, the team had to stay back even later than usual and pack down - but nobody complained :-) It's great!"

PARIS connect group - "About 4 weeks ago we had our first salvation over there! Brendan White, one of our pastors, was speaking, with one of our team translating for him. Some of our pastors go over there via Eurostar nearly every weekend, if they can't go over we have a video tape of the last weeks service for them to watch.

We have our Colour conference this weekend - 2200 women in Wembley Conference Centre! We've got people registered from all over Europe!" AWESOME!
