Mate, its what is really on your heart that is right. God speaks to us through our heart.
Just remeber that all work is Holy - be it preaching from the pulpit or digging a ditch...do it all unto his glory - and be where you are required to be.
And most of us are meant to be feeding our families :-)

For Abraham, the will of God is to kill his son. I wonder what kind of words were going on in his mind when he was thinking how to talk to his wife.
I don't know you, but my husband is the pastor of our house church, goes to seminary and works full-time in Law Enforcement. He thought that when God called him that he had to be a full-time pastor. God is doing a new thing! You will be in our prayers for the Lord's will to be done in your life!
