You can put a young shark in a small tank & it will not grow into a huge shark that is found in the ocean (huh!? why is that?)
The same is true of the potential of people.
Learning & development environments are crucial to growth. Something I am very much pondering regarding our "youth experience"
Some thoughts -
*Are our environments "arctic" or "tropical"? Do I know my people well enough to know which environments will promote growth & which will hinder? After all, we are all unique!
*Is the environment positive? What is coming out of your mouth?
Your vocabulary is powerful.
*Do you see the environment as a gold mine? See the potential in people?
