Blowfish (fugu) is only prepared by licensed chefs in Japan & the USA who have studied under a sushi master for a very long apprenticeship.
The various organs of the blowfish contain a dangerous toxin. Ingestion of even a few milligrams will result in paralysis & death in about 15 minutes.
