Weighed up
Results just in.....now at 92kgs (from 115kgs at Dec 04)......awaiting results from repeat cholesterol test.....I was at mid risk.....will post result soon......playing tennis on Easter Monday public holiday for first time in years......let's see how this new body can handle the court LOL
